FOREST SCHOOL PARTIES!

 Parties and celebrations cost £150 for up to 30 children (larger party sizes can be considered)

Parties last for 2 1/2 hours and run 10.30 am – 1 pm or 2pm - 4.30 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, March-October. Please feel free to ask if a different start time/duration is required.

•  Set up and pack away of all play resources at forest school, inside and outside. 
• Hot water dispenser in the cabin, tea, coffee, sugar, cow’s milk and eco paper cups (adult from party responsible for refilling hot water dispenser if needed)
• An adult to manage the campfire, campfire wood, marshmallows and chocolate biscuits 
• Use of mud kitchen with basic ingredients (foraged from the forest school site)
• Use of the water play wall (filled and set up)
• Paints for big painting (on outdoor tarp)
• Use of ride on toys 
• Swings, slack line and 4 hammocks set up
• Construction bricks, toys, gardening tools, wheelbarrows
• Indoor play resources – village shop / indoor toys / books
• Outdoor handwash and soap
• Baby tarp – musical instruments / soft books / toys / blankets 

• Campfire food for up to 30 children - £4.50 per child – locally produced organic pork sausages in a roll, or vegetarian sausages, veg sticks, crisps, sliced fruit and squash
• Additional campfire sausages and rolls for adults - £2.50 per person
• Hessian Happy Birthday banner and birthday decorations / banners in the woodland - £15 (themed on request)
• Mud kitchen set up with potions (coloured water), petals, extra ingredients - £10
• Crafting activities x 2 themed to child’s preference - £15
• Play dough - 4 different coloured balls and play dough tools - £12
• Enquiry station (large tray) – bug hunting equipment / binoculars / magnifying glasses / natural curiosities / bug, leaf, nature spotting sheets / bird and bug books - £10
• Party bags, paper bag and nature-based contents - £tbc
